When I stayed with the family in Italy as a kid, there was always one of these on the stove. The smell of freshly brewed Italian coffee is one of life’s true pleasures. Served in tiny cups because it is extremely strong. If you want a proper Italian coffee, forget Starbucks and the rest, a moka is what you need. Simple, inexpensive and authentic – perfetto!
