Thank you for your interest in my work. As an artist, I care about my art and your experience around it, so naturally I wanted to make buying it as stress free and safe as possible. I have included all the reassurances that I look for when I buy online:
How does it work?
Once I receive your order I’ll email you back with a link for you to pay, after that’s done your artwork will be shipped and I’ll give you the tracking details.
Options?
Where I can I try to provide options to suit different budgets in the hope that my art remains accessible. The options available will appear under each artwork. If you’re not really sure or want to find out more, just get in touch and I’ll be happy to answer.
Secure Payment
Payment is processed securely by PayPal, you don’t need an account with them and you can simply use your debit/credit card as normal.
At no time are financial details stored by me and I will never know or have access to them.
Tracked Shipping
I package and post every order myself. All orders are tracked and you will be given the tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Quality Guarantee
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, just reply to my confirmation email and let me know or, if you’ve lost that, just get in touch here.
